5 decorative fonts to add to your lineup

At the beginning of every project, choosing the right font is a huge part of my concept development. It's usually the first thing I do after the initial briefing to get my ideas going. Fonts help to inspire my work and usually end up taking a lead role in my pieces. 2017 was a fantastic year for fonts! My list features five decorative typefaces that I truly enjoyed using. They are all from envato, a subscription site that gives you access to download thousands of fonts. Add them to your font roster and you won't be disappointed. Here they are!   The Braggest A beautiful, new brush font perfect for accents in any creative project. It has a wonderful ability to mimic hand-writting but offers a clean and consistent finish.  The Braggest includes two lowercase characters, and ligatures that allows you to add a personal touch to any project.   Haste A rustic font perfect for bold headings. All the basic characters are unique and not one has the same noise. The kerning and font metricks are designed for a perfect reading experience.   Sleeplesson A script font with a smooth, handwritten style. Comes with 468 glyphs. Sleeplesson is perfect for branding projects, homeware designs, product packaging, use in name card, invitation cards, etc. Simply as a stylish text overlay to any background image or anything requiring a sprinkle of elegance.   Metropolia A fun and decorative font that provides beautiful angles and modern detail.
